Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ShareCardLink at sharecardlink.com and its web app (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ShareCardLink lets you create and share a digital business card, and use related features: menus and orders, connections, Find friends, chat, Live, WhatsScene, posters and more. Some features may be paid, limited, or changed over time.

2. Your account

• Give true details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Your content

• You own what you put on your card and inside the Service. You give us permission to host, show and share it only so that we can run the Service. For example, your public card is shown to people who open its link.
• You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, such as logos, photos and text.

4. Not allowed

• Illegal, false, hateful, adult or harmful content.
• Spam, scams, or pretending to be another person or business.
• Uploading viruses, trying to hack, overload or scrape the Service.
• Using other people's data (including imported contacts) for anything except finding and connecting with them on ShareCardLink.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Contacts and Google data

If you import contacts, you confirm you are allowed to use them for this purpose. We handle that data as explained in our Privacy Policy. Only hashed numbers are stored, and you can delete them at any time.

6. Orders and payments

Businesses that take orders through their menu are responsible for their own food, prices, taxes, delivery and refunds. ShareCardLink only provides the tool. Fees paid to ShareCardLink for plans are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise or we say so in writing.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may sometimes be slow, stop working, or change.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, ShareCardLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
